Today, we'll take a look at he Holy Bible's Book of Second Peter, which contains a timely message of caution for us today. “Dear friends, this is now my second letter to you. …You must understand that in the last days, scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. But they deliberately forget that long ago, by God’s word the heavens (skies) came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water. By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. By the same word the present heavens (skies) and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.” In response to many of the public’s questions about the possible destruction of the world, Supreme Master Ching Hai has explained that it does occur sometimes when necessary. “It will be real, if many of our worldly residents do not wake up and use our own great saving power inside, it will be real. Of course, everything that is created will be destroyed in a proper time, if we don’t have enough creative power to withhold it, to restore it, then it will be destroyed. Otherwise, even if I don’t know anything about the future, I could say yes, everything could happen, if the world is becoming so rotten a place, not fit to live, then God would pull it down and create new one.”
