Back in 1979, if you said the word “vegan,” nobody even knew what you were talking about - from the planet Vega or something. Nobody knew what you were talking about. So, now, that’s pretty much universal. And the amazing thing about veganism is the incredible surge, about a 600% increase in the last couple of years in people choosing veganism as an alternative. And I think that’s going to grow because one of the things I’ve discovered over the years from social movements is that it doesn’t take a majority to carry out anything.
