Qatar upgrades water purification plant in Lebanon to benefit more refugees.

Qatar Red Crescent Society (QCRS) is working to upgrade its water purification plant in Arsal, a town in north-eastern Lebanon. The project aims to reduce the spread of cholera, a water-borne disease, and better the health of Syrian refugees and their host communities by supplying them with sufficient clean water. This caring action will increase potable water supply from 87 to 137 Syrian refugee camps, as well as schools and three health centers nearby, benefiting up to 55,000 people. The project was funded by Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) and was implemented by QCRS. Qatar is a Shining World Leadership Awards for Peace and Compassion laureate. Bravo, The Qatar Red Crescent Society, The Qatar Fund for Development, and all personnel involved on your mission to provide clean, safe drinking water for our friends in Lebanon. May the people of Lebanon and Syria soon be blessed with a prosperous, peaceful life, in God’s Blessings.

Historic floods leave one third of Pakistan submerged.

At the opening of the 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in November 2022, His Excellency Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Foreign Minister of Pakistan, said that “catastrophic, apocalyptic flooding” has left one third of Pakistan inundated. He shared that the country is still grappling with the consequences of this climate “tragedy” with total damages reaching US$30 billion. Driven by exceptional monsoon rains and glacial runoffs, colossal floods in Pakistan between June and October 2022 have impacted approximately 33 million people and sadly, 1,730 residents have lost their lives. Moreover, at least 4 million acres of farmland and 80% of crops have been destroyed. Soberingly, Sidra Riaz, founder of the Environmental Change Makers, cautioned, “…our negligence will wreak great destruction in Pakistan and millions of people will struggle even to subsist in the coming years.” We pray these grave warnings are a global wake-up call. May humanity urgently embrace the climate-conscious vegan lifestyle, in Allah’s merciful Protection. Vegan: just happened 2 b a trendsetter.

Up next, study finds changing to a plant-based diet stabilizes global food supply. We’ll just take a moment to thank network cable installers for laying the cables so that we can get connected to the internet and make our daily lives more convenient. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more concerning news.

Hooray, treasured friends, it’s me, Baxter, a vegan nobleman from the Black Crested Mangabey kingdom! I always enjoy a peaceful sleep because my conscience is clear with the benevolent way I follow. When we have compassion for others, then our life is also gentler and smoother. Here is a handy tip for you. Believe it or not, microwaves have a beeper silent mode that you can activate so it doesn’t make sounds, which may be useful if you are using it late at night and don’t want to disturb others in the house. This function is typically found if you press down on one of the buttons on the microwave for several seconds, like the 0 or 1 button or the button labeled as “stop.” Not all microwaves are made the same; therefore, you should check the operator’s manual. Some microwaves even have a dedicated mute button. Now you can heat up your dinner in the middle of the night without a worry! Thank you for watching and love you for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet, thus save the world! Now, the weather around the globe.

Study finds changing to a plant-based diet stabilizes global food supply.

Researchers from the China Agricultural University, and Leiden University in the Netherlands, published an article in the journal, Nature Food, highlighting that transitioning to a plant-based diet would increase the stability of our food system. By studying land and population in the UK and European Union, it was found that this shift would reduce food requirements equal to the agricultural loss from both Russia and Ukraine (Ureign) due to the war. Going plant-based will also reap benefits, such as improved environmental and population health across high-income nations, as well as lower emission levels, reduce water use, raise health standards, and increase natural areas. The research also underlined that raising animal-people for food consumes 30 to 60% of crops that could be fed to people and occupies 80% of all agricultural land. Thank you, China Agricultural University, and Leiden University for your publication on the importance of an urgent switch to a benevolent, planet-saving plant-based diet. May all people make the change swiftly and live a healthy and prosperous life, in Heaven’s grace.

Research from Brazil shows decreasing childhood poverty reduces criminality.

A study conducted in Brazil, published in Scientific Reports, concluded that reducing childhood poverty could lessen criminal convictions by almost 25%. After surveying 22 risk factors, it was concluded that poverty, defined by the household head having little education and access to basic essential services, and low purchasing power, was the only crime-related circumstance that could be easily prevented. Researchers also considered multidimensional poverty and exposure to stressful life events as risk factors that could be addressed in childhood to help reduce the impact of mental health challenges in adult life. Excellent work, scientific researchers, in giving us a better understanding of how a more supportive and loving society can help reduce crime. We pray that Celestial light will shine us toward a society of shared equality and peace for everyone.

Paraglider pilot comes to the rescue of a woman who had driven her car into a canal.

Forty-year-old Cristiano Piquet was flying his motorized paraglider over a waterway near Miami, Florida, when he spotted an alligator-person. Mr. Piquet wanted to get video footage of the animal-person, so he turned his glider around. Upon closer inspection, he noticed a submerged vehicle with a woman clinging to it. Calmly navigating between power lines he landed safely. Acquiring help from a local resident, they used a rope to pull the stranded woman safely ashore. She was taken to a hospital and her injuries were not life-threatening. Cristiano said, “All glory to God, who used me and my friends to save that one life. God’s timing is perfect.” A hero’s salute, Cristiano Piquet and anonymous local resident, for your selfless actions. We wish for the woman’s speedy recovery in the nurturing arms of the Providence. Vegan: cos only hellish people choose otherwise.

Coming up, demand for plant-based alternatives increases in South Africa as a result of climate change concerns. Let’s now behold, in wonderment, the natural phenomenon known as the “desert rose,” which forms when dry, sandy places flood. More cheery news coming up on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Hopeful News for an Optimistic World.

Climate change concerns drive increase in demand for plant-based alternatives in South Africa. Despite animal-people meat being the traditional diet of South Africans, demand for vegan alternatives has increased, enabling growth in the plant-based market to exceed its animal-people meat counterparts for the first time. South African food producers such as Feinschmecker and Tiger Brands have expanded their product range to include plant-based alternatives to cater for the growing demand from consumers. Feinschmecker has developed “Gudness,” a range of cold cut plant-based deli slices, whereas Tiger Brands has acquired a share in vegan start-up “Herbivore,” an online shop offering all types of vegan fare including chocolate bars, nut butters, vegan mayo, and dairy and protein alternatives. What promising news South Africa! We are gladdened to hear that your citizens are embracing life-saving vegan foods, as we move one step closer to saving our precious home, in Divine guidance.

British researcher discovers vegan method to grow human brain cells.

A postgraduate research student from Great Britain named Emily-Rose Martin, recently discovered a method to grow human brain cells for research purposes that does not require any animal-person products. The discovery was made while she was working in the Animal Free Research UK Summer Studentship Program. Her work now allows an important sub-type of brain neurons, called Glutamatergic neurons, to be grown synthetically, so they can be used to research conditions like autism and schizophrenia. The new method will be much cheaper than what is currently used, such as stem cells, and could speed up the search for new treatments. Excellent news, Emily-Rose Martin, on your discovery of how to grow human brain cells while protecting our animal-people friends. In the love of the Heaven, may all fields of medicine and research quickly shift to vegan methods, as we prioritize love and compassion for others.

The hilarity well pump is ready to run and refresh our day with the following joke, so let's get comfy. This one's called, “Surgery Commentary.”

A man is in the recovery room after a minor surgery when a nurse comes in to check on him.

“How are you feeling?”

“I’m okay, but I really didn’t like the word the doctor used during the surgery.”

“Oh, which one?”

“Oops.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Orana in Australia:

Dearest Master and the Supreme Master Television team, In March 1993, during Supreme Master Ching Hai’s 1993 World Lecture Tour, I was allowed by Master to cook for Her in Her kitchen. That time, I personally witnessed many beautiful things happen when I was working near Master and felt Her deep Love and concern for the working team and fellow initiates. That year, Master also gave my family so many Blessings that all of my family members, including my husband, children and in-laws, were initiated by Master. It is the greatest joy in my life. My family and I are deeply grateful for Master’s boundless Love and Blessings. I sincerely thank You and wish Master well. I wish that all the best always comes to You. I sincerely pray that Master’s wish for World Vegan, World Peace will soon come true. I wish the Supreme Master Television team to always be healthy and live in Master’s boundless Love and Blessings. Orana from Australia

Gracious Orana, We thank you for relating your good fortune. It is wonderful you assisted with Master’s world lecture tour that touched many lives. May you and sunny Australia know Universal Love and Wisdom. In Celestial peace, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. Master sends Her loving response: “Pure-hearted Orana, it is always a pleasure to witness God’s Blessings in action, as your dedication and devotion are rewarded in daily living. My Love to you.
