In today’s news, United States agency assists Zimbabwe amid food insecurity, new COVID strain detected in France, Navajo Nation implements indoor ban on tobacco and e-cigarette usage, new artificial intelligence robot produces attractive art, benevolent woman celebrated for bringing educational opportunities to rural girls in China, online vegan review platform ranks cities of future worldwide, and Australian children help wombat-people by warning drivers to slow down.

United States government provides humanitarian aid to Zimbabwe.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has allocated US$5.7 million to the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) to help Zimbabweans facing food insecurity in urban and rural areas. The WFP Urban Resilience Programme and the Food Assistance for Assets Programme will assist 320,000 households across the country by providing livelihood opportunities and helping to improve their capacity to deal with the effects of climate change and COVID-19. With 5.3 million food insecure individuals in the country, the projects will continue to contribute urgent food assistance to the most vulnerable people, while efforts to develop sustainability such as urban hydroponic vegetable gardening are seeded.

The United States is a recipient of five Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, three Shining World Leadership Awards for Good Governance, seven Shining World Leadership Awards for Promoting Healthy Living, and Shining World Leadership Awards for Good Governor, Justice, Protection, and Environmental Protection; and a laureate of 24 Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, three Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection, two Shining World Leadership Awards for Loving Care, a Shining World Leadership Award for Good Governance, a Shining World Peace Leader Award, Shining World Caring Leadership Award, and Shining World Super Loving Care Leadership Award.

Our sincere gratitude, USAID, for your generous contribution to help people in need and many thanks, WFP, for your vital assistance. May the gentle Zimbabweans soon have a prosperous and brighter future, in God’s tender Embrace.

New strain of COVID-19 with altered spike protein appears in France.

A COVID strain found in the nation’s Brittany region has unprecedented deletions in the spike protein, which is the primary mechanism to infect cells and spread the virus within the body. Detecting B.1.640 took much longer than usual because of how different it is from other variants. In October 2021, 18 children in France from the same school were infected as well as six adults who had contact with them. Unfortunately, cases of the variant have since been seen elsewhere in Europe. It is expected that vaccinated people’s immune systems will have a more difficult time detecting the virus because of its mutations. It is such concerning news on the outbreak of another new strain of COVID-19. We pray that the vegan solution will soon be enacted by all governments and people, so as to see an end of the karma causing zoonotic diseases, in Divine magnanimity. No 2 vegan: only decent people choose it.

Up next, Navajo Nation implements indoor ban on tobacco and e-cigarette usage. We are going to thank the cabin safety instructors who teach the flight and cabin crew about new and existing aviation safety standards. We’ll return with more praiseworthy news after these messages here on Supreme Master Television.

Hi there, I’m Teo, a vegan fellow from the Tiger kingdom. Life is so generous when you’re generous with life, too! This is the principle of the kindhearted vegan way. And it’s just imbued with love! Here is a tip on how to control how much time you’re spending on social media apps like YouTube. For Android phones, tap on Settings, then Digital Wellbeing & parental controls, and then choose Dashboard. Select the YouTube app from the list that appears. Pick “app timer” once the page for YouTube opens and set a daily time limit for using it. There is a similar function for iPhone users called “Screen Time.” These tools should help you become more efficient with your time! Lots of love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all of us humans and all co-inhabitants alike. And thank you for watching. Now, the weather around the world.

Navajo Nation implements indoor smoking ban.

The largest Native American nation, with territory occupying portions of the US states of Arizona, New Mexico and Utah, has approved the Air is Life Act, which will enhance public health thanks to its permanent prohibition on indoor smoking. The ban was signed by Navajo Nation President, His Excellency Jonathan Nez, who cited the legislation as protecting the Navajo people’s fundamental right to breathe clean air. The law prohibits the use of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes in public buildings and workspaces and includes a 7.6-meter buffer zone around buildings. President Nez lauded the work of the Air is Life coalition, stating that their efforts for over 13 years in educating the public about secondhand smoke’s health risks had resulted in the smoking ban. Our appreciation, Navajo Nation and Your Excellency Jonathan Nez. May the residents and guests of your ancient lands enjoy good health and long life thanks to wise policies like this, in Celestial support.

Artificial intelligence (AI) software creates world-class artwork.

An international team of engineers and artists have created an AI robot called Botto that can create amazing artwork. The cumulative sales of its pieces have been over US$1 million to date. Botto learns by analyzing millions of pieces of art, which helps it to understand different styles and tastes, and it can produce everything from deconstructed portraits to vibrant landscapes. Each week, 350 pieces are made, and a community of 5,000 people vote on their favorites. One is then chosen to be sold as a digital NFT (non-fungible token) on a platform called SuperRare, and the proceeds are reinvested into the project. Wonderful news, artists and engineers from around the world, on your remarkable creation that can produce attractive art. In Heaven’s jubilance, may Botto’s artwork help to inspire the artistic side in all who see them, as we learn to humbly express our gentle, innate creative nature.

Selfless woman honored for advancing rural girls’ education in China.

In a book published by the Chinese government entitled “A Brief History of the People's Republic of China,” Zhang Guimei, the founder and principal of Huaping High School for Girls, was lauded for her dedication to providing free education to underprivileged females in China’s Yunnan province. Since founding the high school in 2008, Madam Zhang has visited more than 1,600 households in a remote mountainous part of the province to encourage them to send their daughters to school. To date, nearly 2,000 students have graduated from the institution and many have been admitted to universities. The 64-year-young educator, who was recently honored with the “8th National Moral Model” award, said, “To educate a girl is to change the destiny of three generations.” You are a true inspiration, Zhang Guimei! In Buddha’s guidance, may we always support our youth to help them realize their full potential. “Then the sinner who has been killing living beings, at the end of his life falls from his state, and against his will he goes to the world of the Asuras, to the dark place.” Asuras means powerful superhuman demigods with good or bad qualities. ~ Uttaradhyayana Sutra (Jainism)

Coming up, online vegan review platform ranks cities of future worldwide. We’ll pause for a moment to be grateful to the fresh mornings that fill us with new enthusiasm and energy to start the day. Supreme Master Television will return in just a moment with more lively news. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Cooling News for a Friendly World.

Online vegan review platform reveals best cities for conscious citizens.

Singapore-based abillion is dedicated to helping a billion people live more sustainably through a vegan lifestyle and recently released a list of the 20 best cities in the world ranked in terms of plant-based living, green policy commitment, greenhouse gas emissions and waste generated. The results were obtained by analyzing 850,000 user reviews. The top five cities of the group are: London, United Kingdom; Los Angeles, United States; Barcelona, Spain; Melbourne, Australia; and Singapore. Vikas Garg, founder of abillion, commented, “our report highlights how leading cities around the world have been making strides to being kinder on the planet and its residents — human and animal alike.” Thank you, Vikas Garg and abillion team, for helping to highlight the best cities for vegans and environmentally concerned people. In the care of the Providence, may the plant-based trend soon lead to the end of all meat consumption, as we cherish our choice to live in love.

Australian children create signboards to warn drivers to watch for wombat-people.

Youngsters in Sedgwick, Central Victoria, have made colorful signs cautioning drivers to be careful of wombat-people who may be on North Harcourt Road. The signs were placed in convenient spots for drivers to see. Currently, there are only two official signs along the 10-kilometer road informing drivers of wildlife-people crossings. Theo Bentley, nine-years-old, and one of the sign creators, explained how sad it made him feel that wombat-people had lost their lives due to accidents with vehicles. Other residents have supported the children’s efforts by petitioning the City of Greater Bendigo Council to increase the number of road signs and decrease the speed limit. Our praises, compassionate youngsters and all involved residents, for your efforts to protect precious people from the wombat kingdom. May drivers take extra care to safeguard all wildlife individuals as we tread gently and caringly on our shared planet, in God’s protective Gaze.

A delightful, bubbly moment is ahead, and this joke of the day will pretty much guarantee it. It’s called, “Good Taste.”

A boy approaches a girl and asks her a question.

“Hi, I was wondering, do you like me?”

“Sorry, but I have to say no, I don’t like you.”

“Oh, it’s okay. Not everyone has good taste.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Tien-Yun and Chih-Ya in Taiwan, also known as Formosa:

When I watched on Supreme Master TV about abortion, I became very frightened that it’d become a vehicle for devils.

I remember that I once incidentally saw the soul of a baby boy lying on the shoulder of one of my male colleagues. “Did you ask your girlfriend to get an abortion?” I couldn’t help asking him. He was shocked and asked, “How do you know? Only my girlfriend and I know this.”

I told him that the baby was lying on his shoulder, saying in tremendous pain and grief that he shouldn’t have terminated the baby’s life. The baby had waited a long time to be reincarnated as a human, and now his life was taken away. As you sow, so shall you reap. The baby’s soul will stay with him and his girlfriend till the end of their lives!

Therefore, do not ever have an abortion. The unborn soul finally got a chance to become a human but was killed ruthlessly. The poor soul! Thank You, Master, for reminding humankind of their misconception. And thank you, Supreme Master TV, for presenting positive news. Tien-Yun from Taiwan (Formosa)

Please, no more abortions! Children are truly a gift endowed by God. I dreamt that I was pregnant and then found I had truly conceived a baby. Because of my constitution, I’ve not been feeling well. However, I constantly feel the Blessings from Heaven. I often talk and write cards to my baby, sharing my feelings. I believe that the baby can sense what I feel.

My belief has grown stronger since I became aware of the child’s movements in my womb. The baby responds whenever I ask a question. One day, when I was playing the music I often listen to, miraculously, my baby moved along with the beat. Both my husband and I saw bumps, either from the baby’s little hands or feet, appear on my belly. We were amazed and overwhelmed with joy. This clearly proves that the baby does have feelings even before birth. Please listen with your heart to the babies’ eagerness to come into the world. Please help protect these innocent lives! Chih-Ya from Taiwan (Formosa)

Concerned Tien-Yun and Chih-Ya, Thank you both for your important messages. We share your distress knowing that precious unborn children are killed every day and pray that governments around the world swiftly pass legislation to protect these irreplaceable human lives from abortion. Thank you for voicing these sentiments, awakening others to the sacred right to life of all growing fetuses as determined by Heavens. May the Godses embrace and nurture you and visionary Taiwan (Formosa), Supreme Master TV team

P.S. Master has this supportive reply for you: “Endearing Tien-Yun and Chih-Ya, may the Buddhas bless you and the baby. Your caring words echo mine on the sanctity of life in the womb and enlightening others to these truths. I pray all human beings may come to know their Divine nature within as then, we will have no more senseless killing of humans or animal-people. Much Love and may Heavens hear our prayers for Paradise on Earth, bringing abundance and well-being to all, including you and your good-natured Taiwanese (Formosan) co-citizens.”
