In today’s show, we will hear messages from people who have experienced the afterlife and returned to share with us how a positive mindset will significantly improve our lives.

We begin with the near-death experience of Dr. Lynda Cramer, an international author, psychic medium, motivator, and mentor. Dr. Cramer says she spent about 18 months in the Heavenly City, exploring and mingling with its people. This experience led her to the realization of how our thoughts and perspectives influence our reality.

By experiencing these past events as both herself and the one she affected, Dr. Cramer realized the significance of cultivating a compassionate mindset for both yourself and others. “I knew, instantly, that I had to heal why I did that action, and did I hurt someone else during that action. Learning how to feel that compassion, that understanding, and most of all, forgiveness that comes when we love ourselves and other people.”

She shares this uplifting message about how we can use positive thinking to create the best version of ourselves: “Some people say, oh, why does all bad luck always happen to me for? Well, as soon as you say it, you’ve already created it. How about you turn that around and say, ‘Wow, good luck always happens to me! Good things are coming!’ And watch how many good things start coming because you just changed your mindset. This stuff’s real. The more we say how great everything is, the less war we will have out there.”

In this segment, we will hear the story of Dr. P.M.H. Atwater. In the late 1970s, she died on three different occasions over three months and experienced NDEs each time. “I never knew that every thought we think, every word we say goes out and has a life of its own, beyond us. Even if I just passed them by on the street, the effect of my energy passing them by, what kind of energy I had, who I was, affected them, and that came back for review.”

Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) shares Her wisdom on the importance of staying positive in thought, speech, and action: “So please, I advise you to keep your mind, your heart, your actions always pure. And anytime any little negative thing crops up in your mind, creeps into your mind, cut it out immediately.

We have to be a grateful being and repay others’ kindness. To be a noble person is not very difficult. Just think positive, think benevolent, act benevolent, speak benevolently, then you and your many generations will benefit. And people around you, any beings around you, visible or invisible, will be happy, and they bless you also. Anything negative will return to you manifold, even in your thinking. That’s why I have told you to keep, not only actions, but speech and thought positive.”
