Today, I have a tip for a quick, easy, and delicious vegetable side dish! Frozen broccoli cooks beautifully in the air fryer without needing to be thawed first. Preheat your air fryer to 220 degrees Celsius. Place about 4 cups of frozen broccoli florets in the basket and cook for 4 minutes without any seasoning. Remove the broccoli, then toss it with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, or 1 teaspoon of aquafaba or vegetable broth for an oil-free option, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, ½ teaspoon of sea salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Return it to the air fryer and cook for another 6–8 minutes, until the florets are lightly browned and crispy on the outside.
