I would like to share a tip on how to effectively wash your produce. First rinse with cold, running water then gently rub individual pieces to get rid of dust and debris that may be stuck to them. Steer clear of using soap or detergents since your produce can absorb these and it may be harmful if consumed. Use natural cleaners such as baking soda or vinegar instead. To make a vinegar cleaning solution, simply combine ½ cup (120 milliliters) of vinegar to one cup (240 milliliters) of water, soak the produce in it for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. To make a baking soda solution, add one teaspoon (seven grams) of baking soda for each cup of water, soak the produce in it for approximately 15 minutes, then rinse. If the produce contains a hard skin, like a pumpkin or pineapple, a vegetable brush can be utilized. Separate leafy greens and rinse individually. With delicate fruits such as berries, rinse them gently prior to consumption. To ensure your produce remains fresh for longer, dry thoroughly and store in a covered container in the fridge.

The time has come to step on good mood avenue and hear the following joke. It’s called “Still Heavy.”

Danny went to the pharmacy with his friend to weigh himself because he was told by his doctor to watch his weight.

“Oh my! I began counting my calories last week, but the scale says I’m heavier now than last time I checked. I can’t believe it! Here, Norm, hold my jacket, please. Aw man! It still says I’m heavier than before. Here, Norm, hold all my vegan candies and I’ll try again.”
