Keep yourself busy if you are bothered by that powerful force of nature that was imparted within your being as one of the enlightening methods. Just be busy. Help others instead of thinking of yourself too much. If any desirous thoughts creep up in your mind, you cut, cut, cut. Think of something else, recite the Five (Holy) Names. Try as best as you can. Because this physical pleasure not only entangles you in a lower type of energy, but also expends your energy too much. Therefore, I mentioned all the Saints, they practice abstinence.
