Throughout our show, we’ll enjoy some amazing songs that express our love and care for the Earth and inspire us to protect nature for the future. The “Kids for Saving the Earth Promise Song” started at a Broadway concert in 1993 by the Kids for Saving Earth organization. It was later released as an album on Spotify in 2009 and has since been loved by online creators, teachers, and people who care about the environment. “I will be a defender of my planet. United with friends. I will save the Earth.”

Next up is “Keepers of the Earth,” a song with African drums, guitars and singing. Sung by young singers from Nigeria, it reminds us to care for nature and protect our planet. “Keepers of the Earth, yes we are. Keepers of the Nile, land and seas. Guarding our forest, saving our planet.”

Now, let’s hear the song “Earth! We’re in It Together!” It first came out in 2009 on the eco-friendly YouTube channel AuntieLitter. “Earth! We're in it together Forever and ever Saving our water, land, and air This is our planet to share”

This cool song called “You Can Count on Trees” was written by students at an Irish primary school, Scoil Na gCailini, and performed by a talented 11-year-old singer named Mia Black and her classmates to emphasize the importance of keeping green. “Pick up your waste and litter wherever you go, In sun or rain, in frost or snow, Let all the little plants and the animals have their say, Biodiversity, hurray, hurray.”

Our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) provides insights that shed light on critical environment issues. “So we have to protect this beautiful place we call Earth, because this is the home of not just us, but many other species; and the environment, beautiful flora and fauna.[…] We can save the planet! All we do is just be vegan. Nothing else is really important anymore. Just be vegan.”
