The Middle East, during the past few decades, soil erosion, deforestation and clime change have threatened both the natural resources and agriculture. But the good news is that many projects are underway; the SFP scheme of providing food, fresh water and clean energy to the people of Jordan. And another exciting development is the SOILS Permaculture Association Lebanon. The permaculture ethics of ‘People care, Earth care and Fair care’ serves as guiding principles to work towards a better, improved future.
