The raw food people, they prepare a very balanced diet. They put different kinds of things in there. Maybe even raw pine nuts and raw walnuts and all that. But you have to know that with too much heavy food, it’s difficult to concentrate. Actually eating raw is more clean. Try to focus more inside and on the Third Eye, so that you can break through and go into a nicer area. As long as you feel good and you practice well and you always feel improving in your heart, that is the right thing for you. Some people take a longer time, some people don't take too long. Some people see the effect immediately because that's what they have been looking for. And to some people, the changes are subtle. Some people are, I see, are more burdened with karma (retribution), a little bit more heavy karma from the past life, so they feel it less. Or sometimes they have a little doubt, and sometimes the change takes too long for them, for example.
