Many of you have incorrect concepts. For instance, when a family member is ill, you put Master’s photo under their bed. Because the patient doesn’t believe in Master, so you stealthily put the Master (photo) under him. It suffocates Her. How could She help you? You see, Buddha statues are placed high on the altars to be worshipped and to receive offerings every day, yet they can’t help you. How can you force a living person to squat under the bed like that? How could She help you? There Her limbs are bound. She is suffocating.
OK. Next one. Hugging again? The other way round. Let her breathe. Come. Here. (Dear Master, today You are happy, so I would like to ask You about my inner experience.) Yeah. (I had an inner experience, in which I sat in a house with a lot of other initiates. But I didn’t know any of them, even though I knew they were initiates. Suddenly, my soul slowly left my body and floated high in the sky. Then I looked down, seeing the initiates below who said, “Hold my hand! Hold my hand!” I looked down again and saw those initiates getting smaller and smaller and then disappeared. I was up in the sky, really high, but I was just floating in the sky, and I could not fly at all, Master. Then I told myself: “OK, I will change my posture.” I raised my two arms to be parallel to my head. Then I said, “Now, fly!” But I still could not fly, Master. I was staying put in the air, and floating in the sky just like that. So I said, “OK, forget it. I won’t fly anymore. I want to come down.” Then I was descending very, very slowly, slowly. Slowly, I came down close to a house’s roof and I held onto something to come down to the ground quickly. I would like to ask: Was there a time when the wisdom [soul] could not control the Astral body? Or I didn’t have enough power? Thank You, Master.) You don’t have enough power. (Yes. Thank You, Master.) Yeah. You continue to practice spiritually, then you can fly later. Otherwise, you can buy an airplane. And learn how to fly a plane. (And I was like that all the time. My mind had the feeling of flying, and it was very, very relaxing, Master.) Understand. (Yes.) It’s quicker to buy a plane and fly.
(I also had a second experience, Master. I was meditating and saw a full Moon, and it was very bright. But there was a yellow light on my side that flashed right into my vision. Then I looked up, I saw a thin black veil, which was thick on top. But where I saw the Moon, the thin black veil was very big so that I could not see the whole Moon. So, I still had a little bit of karma. Was it correct, Master? Thank You, Master.) The Muslims, whoever saw such a full Moon inside, is already very good, very high level. For example, we want to praise someone, some king or someone with big power; we tell him, “Whoa,” we call him “full Moon,” then he is very pleased. The Muslims. It means – at that time, they talked about their inner experience. But now, there are very few people who would understand that (“full Moon”). It’s OK. You’re not in luck.
(Hallo, Beloved Master. This is my second visit to Taiwan [Formosa] and my first time seeing You. May I come closer to look at You?) OK, come over here. Come sit there, or there. OK. Are you ready? (Thank You, Master. I also have a few questions. First, in 1994, my parents received initiation from You. Then in 1997, they became a monk and nun at the same time. They left Master. I’d like to ask Master when will my parents return to Your side?) I don’t understand. I can’t understand you if you’re crying like this. What does she want to ask? (In 1994, my parents got initiation from You. Then in 1997, they became a monk and a nun. They left Master. What I’d like to ask is, when will my parents be back to Master again?) Why do you want them to be around you? (I want… I hope that they could return to Your side again.) Oh, to be by my side. (Yes.) Oh! If they practice spiritually well, of course they will. It depends on their affinity. OK? (The second question is…) Master is omnipresent. (But I hope they don’t stay in the temple, and all come back.) Huh? (I hope they will leave the temple and come back to Master.) Ah! It’s their choice. Don’t be upset. Go visit them. They don’t come to see me, then you go to see them.
(Thank You, Master. The second one is about myself. I was initiated on September 5, 1994. My parents didn’t explain Master’s teachings to me. So I understood very little when I was initiated. Later, for some reason in my life, I didn’t stay with Master. Nine years later, when I was 28, a monk took me to the Ji Gong Temple. Isn’t there 500 arhats in Ji Gong Temple? He let me step over the threshold. He then asked me, “Left foot? Right foot?” I said “Right Foot” first. Then he told me to count to the 28th Buddha [statue]. “Arhat Buddha.” When I counted to the 28th, the statue was that of a very kind and gentle arhat holding a staff. I asked him what that meant. He said, “From now on, your destiny is going to change.” I asked, “Why?” He said, “Because this Buddha holding a staff will help you.” I was baffled. The following year, I became pregnant. From the day I carried this baby, I decided to become a vegan and return to Master. For that, I am extremely grateful to Master for having arranged several initiated sisters to protect me and stand by me. Otherwise, I might not have been able to stay with Master. So what upset me most is the fact that both my parents and I had once drifted away from You. Now that I have come back, I hope my parents will also come back to You. This is what I wish for.) That depends on their merits. (Thank You, Master.) We can’t force them. Everyone has freedom of choice. (Thank You.) You can try to convince them.
(Yes. After taking a big roundabout route, I feel that it is safest to be with Master, that I can have peace of mind. Now, for me personally, I still have difficulty overcoming my ego. At home, I maintain a vegan diet for my son and also myself. My husband disagrees strongly and argues with me every day. This, and that, or that, or this… But I ignore him and have persisted. The whole family is against my son following a vegan diet. But he is growing up to be an excellent youth, very kindhearted and very filial. Despite seeing the good result, they continue to oppose [his diet] instead of giving positive support. Therefore… I am really in a difficult situation.) Obstacles. (I don’t know how to overcome my ego. At home, I am very hot-tempered and would throw tantrums for any reason. What should I do?) I also don’t know what you should do. It’s your home, not my home. If you can’t manage your own home, as an outsider, how can I manage it for you? Stay patient! Every day, meditate more, pray harder, and be patient. (OK. That is because my son has been vegan since I carried him, starting six weeks into my pregnancy. Once he reaches adolescence and goes into society, I don’t even know how I can help him to keep the vegan diet.) Wait until that time comes! (Wait until the time comes. Right?) You train him from childhood. OK? (OK. Thank You, Master.) Nurture him from young. (OK. Thank You, Master.) Let him read my books and listen to my talks. (OK. Thank You, Master.) He’ll slowly develop the habit. (Thank You very much. Thank You, Thank You.) You are welcome.
Now I want to tell you about my problems. Does anyone want to listen? (Yes.) I can never finish recounting my problems. So, forget it. We don’t really have big problems. Everyone thinks their problem is the biggest, the most important. We create it ourselves! If you write it down, you’d know how silly it is. Write down your problems and then read them. You’d find yourself very silly. How could this be regarded as a problem? Just for example, understand? Write it down. Pray to the inner Master for answer. She may take a look and say, “Oh! You are too boring, I won’t answer you.” Write down all your questions and then read them. Read until you’re fed up, and then burn them. Or throw them into the garbage bin. If I were to tell you all my problems, you would need to come every day for two, three, five, or six years, and still wouldn’t finish hearing all of them. No one can solve my problems. So I can consult nobody, not even the superior Godses. They do help sometimes, but only in times of emergency. For example, They may warn me, “Leave quickly. Someone is going to harm you.” For example like that. I can’t seek Their help every day. Understand? I need to solve my own problems in this world. Of course, you tap into your intuition during meditation, and the answer will emerge. However, it is for us to find the answer and solve it by ourselves.
Therefore, I was very upset last time, when you printed the sacred language of God on your clothes to derive merits for yourselves. You shouldn’t have exploited the precious quality of Heaven to benefit your silly physical body, ephemeral physical body. This is too cheap and lowly, and shows no respect. This couldn’t possibly bring you any merits. Without the slightest reverence for the high Godses, how could you derive merits? You can’t even cleanse the karma, let alone derive merits.
Many of you have incorrect concepts. For instance, when a family member is ill, you put Master’s photo under their bed. Because the patient doesn’t believe in Master, so you stealthily put the Master (photo) under him. It suffocates Her. How could She help you? How could She help you? There Her limbs are bound. She is suffocating.
Same with you. Being hugged like that every day, how can She breathe? You want a child or anything else, Master will give you. That child is just a symbol. If you really want to have a child, you need to be prepared! Be prepared for sleepless nights, to have no time to eat, to not earn enough money. You don’t have enough money, how can you think about having a child? Dreaming. In this era, no woman would want a man who has no money. I wouldn’t either. How can you talk about love with an empty wallet? Understand? When you are starving, your attention is on the stomach, how can it be the heart? Right? This is true. Without money, how can you afford to have a house to live in? What will you do when it rains, or when thunder or typhoon strikes? What if you are sick and need to see a doctor? And so on.
