Here is a health tip for you. Using aluminum foil for grilling vegetables, baking cakes, and covering hot dishes is common, especially for packing food to go. However, wrapping sandwiches, vegetables, or fruits in aluminum foil poses potential health risks. Aluminum, the mineral used in foil, can accumulate in the body and become toxic, particularly harmful to those with kidney issues. Prolonged contact between food and aluminum foil increases the risk of toxic substances leaching into the food. Acidic foods like citrus fruits, tomatoes, and pickled cucumbers should never be wrapped in aluminum foil due to the formation of harmful aluminum salts. For these types of foods as well as those with a lot of spices, it’s safer to use reusable glass or ceramic containers.
Let’s step through those good mood gates as the joke of the day is waiting. It’s called “Dinner Table Doctorate Debate.”
Dan is a high school graduate, and his father, Bob, and his son, Jalen, have doctorate degrees. Because Dan never went to university, so he is often belittled by both Bob and Jalen. One day during dinner, Dan was being made fun of by both men, and it was too much to bear. Frustrated, he banged on the table, pointed at his son, and shouted:
“Does your father have a doctorate like my father?”
Jalen was silent. Dan then turned and scolded his dad:
“Does your son have a PhD like my son? So why talk so much?”

We provided more than 50,000 vegan meals during the pandemic. We value our lives as Master taught, but we could not bear to see people lost and hungry during the pandemic. If Master does not give up on this world, then we vow to follow You and spread Master’s call for a vegan world when people need it most, and we will never give up.
There are countless experiences that have let us know that You are always with us. One night, there was no electricity, but Master’s lamp was still on. The other day, looking up at the sky, we saw dragon-shaped clouds and phoenixes flying around the shining Sun. Looking at the next photo, we also see a figure meditating on the Sun.
When delivering vegan meals, the blessing light from the meal shines on the person receiving it. All of these tell us that Master always blesses sentient beings anytime, anywhere. So moved, we even made a song calling on everyone to return and become one with God’s Love.
After the pandemic, we reopened Loving Hut to continue to spread the vegan message. We had a vegan food truck. We organized an event for Master’s Book “Love Is The Only Solution” and the Amoura Artwork exhibition in the restaurant so when people came, they would leave everything behind to truly immerse themselves in Nature with the Amoura photos.
Now, we wish to humbly send this news to Master with the thought that everything we do is always with Your Love, Blessings and care. It is wonderful for us to be able to continue serving others in charity work according to Master’s teachings. We are always and forever grateful to You, Master, and miss You so, so much.
