Loving an animal companion is a deeply satisfying way to live. I have a caretaker tip to share with you today. If your dog companion is having a seizure, it’s important you remain calm and time the event— the majority of seizures last less than a minute. Clear the area and remove any dangerous objects such as sharp furniture so your furry friend can’t hurt themselves. After the seizure ends, keep them in a quiet area and offer water after they’re alert. You should seek immediate veterinarian care if the seizure lasts greater than five minutes, there are multiple episodes within 24 hours, the seizure occurred following possible poison ingestion, or there are any signs of systemic illness.

Some say laughter is the best medicine, so let’s have a good dose with a joke of the day “Hands-Free… Almost.”

Rita was driving through a busy city when a car slammed into her from behind. Just before the crash, she’d noticed in her rearview mirror that the young driver wasn’t slowing down — and definitely wasn’t looking at the road.

“If you can’t drive and talk at the same time, you shouldn’t be on your phone!”

“Excuse me — I was not on my phone.”

“Oh?”

“I was putting on mascara.”

?!

And now we have a heartline in Indonesian, with multiple-language subtitles, from Ngatini in Yogyakarta, Indonesia
