Mr. Jiulio Consiglio is a renowned spiritual author, workshop facilitator, and teacher living in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is the author of two books, “Challenge Your Thoughts: Healing Mind, Spirit and Body with Truth” and “The Healing Frequency: Transform Your Life through the Wisdom, Power and Clarity of Inner Stillness.” His focus is on the transformative power of inner stillness, which has the ability to heal us while simultaneously expanding our esoteric abilities. Mr. Consiglio began his spiritual journey when he was 19 years old. As he was starting his post-secondary studies, he sat down in the classroom and suddenly had the first in a series of severe panic attacks that continued for many months. Over the course of the next 14 years, Jiulio continued his spiritual quest, hoping to find “another way.” However, his journey proved to be extremely painful. In addition to his recurring panic attacks, he suffered several additional traumas. Then suddenly one night, something terrifying happened. “So, one night I went to bed. And at around 3:00 AM, I was suddenly awakened by a feeling of a negative entity. And the only word I can really describe it, as it was hovering over me, I couldn’t see it, was ‘evil.’ And as I looked down at my covers, the covers were suddenly being pulled off me. I was more shocked than anything. And that is what was the lowest point, I would say, in my life. And at that point now, I was ready for another way, and I cried out for another way.” Not long after his terrifying bedtime experience, an unfathomable event occurred that forever altered Jiulio’s life. He refers to the experience as “the shift.” “…Well, that day as I was sitting in the car, I started to reflect on something that I read earlier in a book. And as I did, as audible as anything else, I heard a thought come through my chest say, ‘Challenge your thoughts.’ In that instant, the third eye, or the space between my eyebrows, began to vibrate intensely. And it automatically began to shut off negative thought. This went on throughout the day. Now in that instant, I remember clearly turning my head, looking around me, and experiencing a profound clarity. It was an instant knowing. I still had one patient to get back to, to finish. And I went back to work. And as I am working on this patient, my forehead is still going off; the vibration is still going off. I finished the patient. I am driving home and now it’s a very bad storm. So, I’m driving home, I get home, and now I can feel the force of that negativity being confronted with this vibration that’s taking place, this ‘now knowing’ that is being activated within me. And in that instant, I lay down on the couch and I said, ‘Just let me die.’ And I felt myself pop out. And I can’t tell you how long I was gone. And I came back. And in that instant, I knew that the experience was ‘dying before I die.’ And that’s that experience of ‘ego death.’ It was in one instance symbolic, and in one instance, it was quite literal. So, I popped out of my body, came back. At that instant I realized I’d experienced ego death. So now, it had lost its power to try to take control or a hold of the mind.” Thank you, Jiulio, for sharing the remarkable story of your spiritual transformation.
