Patrick Kilonzo Mwalua- Kenya's Elephant Guardian

In 2016, Mr.Mwalua began hiring a water truck each week and drove 45 kilometers to deliver desperately needed water to the animals in Tsavo West National Park. Mr.Mwalua is the founder of Tsavo Volunteers. This Kenya-based non-profit group carries out a variety of projects in and around Lumo Sanctuary，they save many species of animals and restore their habitats through hands-on activities. Mr. Mwalua’s meaningful actions are an admirable example of compassion, environmental stewardship, wildlife protection and sustainability.
