In today’s news, United States Agency for International Development grants US$900,000 to support Angola’s migrants and host communities, record-high winter heat in Australia, UK think tank reports potential benefits of agrivoltaics to deliver crops and energy from farms in central Europe, United States startup bolsters water security with technology that extracts clean drinking water from thin air, nineteen Afghan female medical students to finish their studies in Scotland, researchers find spirulina under certain light conditions produces active vitamin B12 in concentrations comparable to animal-people sources, and white rhino-child becomes part of family and flourishes with adoptive mom.

I have a handy tip for you today. Our feline friends can be easily overstimulated during play. Learn to understand your cat companion’s body language. If you notice they have a rapidly swishing tail, their skin is twitching, particularly on their back, their ear position has changed or flattened, or they keep suddenly glancing at your hand, they may be overstimulated and you should avoid petting them in that situation. Many cat-people don’t like having their stomachs, legs, or feet touched, and display these warning signals too. These signs may also indicate that you’re petting them too roughly and you should lighten up. If this is the case, take a break. Your cat friend will appreciate this and may be ready for you to play with them again afterwards.

Let's join a fun laughter celebration with the following joke. It’s entitled “How to Get Rewarded.”

Miles, a director of a company, was given a very expensive doll by one of his employees. When he got home, he called his three daughters over and said:

“This is a very precious doll. Dad will reward it to whoever knows how to listen to Mom, doesn’t argue with her, and apologizes to her whenever needed.”

Immediately, the three children said in unison:

“Only Dad deserves this reward!”

And now we have a heartline from Linda in the United States
