If you don’t have a warm winter coat like me, you may need to protect your skin from the cold. Here is a health tip for you. Cold weather can cause the skin barrier to weaken, making it more likely for your hands to crack and bleed. To protect them, don't wash your hands with hot water since this will strip natural oils from the skin and open the pores excessively. You should use lukewarm water instead with gentle, fragrance-free cleansers. After you wash your hands, pat them dry and immediately apply a thick, occlusive moisturizer to trap moisture. It is a good idea to wear cotton-lined gloves when you’re outside to protect your skin from cold winds and to use a humidifier inside to prevent excessive dryness. If you notice deep cracks, redness, or persistent itching, consult a healthcare provider who can prescribe creams or ointments.

Let’s keep a sunny outlook on life with a comical moment. The joke of the day is called, “Obvious Tracks.”

Four friends were hiking through the forest when they came across a set of tracks.

“Hey, look — deer-people tracks!”

“No way. Those are dog-folk tracks.”

“You’re both wrong. Obviously, they are cow-person tracks.”

They were still arguing about it… when a train flew by them!

“Well, we can all agree those are definitely train tracks!”

And now we have a heartline in Aulacese (Vietnamese), with multiple-language subtitles, from Phúc Lâm in Âu Lạc, also known as Vietnam
